eera provides engineering, design, development, construction, operation and maintenance of rural, urban and peri-urban Water Supply Schemes.
During 1990 - 99, the Company has executed several key projects for:
- Lowering high fluoride content from groundwater using de-fluoridation plants in rural water supply schemes under the National Technology Mission;
- Constructing prestigious comprehensive Water Supply Projects funded by World Bank, Asian Development Bank, etc., in various Indian States.

- Studying social and community aspects in provision of sustainble water supply;
- Interacting with stake-holders;
- Training of personnel engaged in Rural Water Supply;
- Imparting skills to local people for operation and maintenance of the schemes;
- Regular surveillance of water quality;

Project Highlights
Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of de-flouridation plants water treatment with automatic dosing systems.
Construction of reaction tanks, sumps, stand posts, soak pits, chemical houses, sludge drying beds with inlet and outlet arrangements.
Construction of head works including coffer dam, intake wells, jack wells, approach bridges, connecting pipe and leading mains, distribution lines, and public stand posts.
Water treatment plants of up to 1.5 million litres per day capacity.
Elevated Service Reservoirs, Balancing Reservoirs and Ground Level Service Reservoirs of various capacities from 15,000 to 250,000 litres with staging heights ranging from 4.0 to 16.0 m.
Installation of vertical turbines, horizontal centrifugal pumps, submersible pumps and centrifugal monobloc pumps.
520 Km of pipe line varying from MS/CI/AC/µPVC pipes of dia. from 63 mm to 600 mm.
